Terms of Service
Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. will deliver portable restroom facilities and service(s) at the rate and terms discussed when the unit(s) were ordered. Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. will furnish all necessary supplies and services to each unit placed. These Terms of Service will commence on the day the unit(s) are delivered by Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. and terminate the day they are removed by Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. Rates will continue until the customer has notified Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. to terminate service.
The customer may choose the placement of the equipment on the site so as not to cause damage or harm to Parker Port-A-Potty Inc.’s personnel, equipment or vehicles. To prevent harm to Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc.’s personnel during deliveries, services, at pick up and any other time while conducting business, the unit needs to be accessible at all times. If the unit(s) provided are not accessible to the service truck on the servicing date(s), the unit(s) will not be serviced. Non-accessible unit(s) are billed at regular rates.
The customer agrees to notify Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. of any damage to unit(s), including vandalism, burns, carvings, broken hand sanitizer, etc. as soon as it is observed. The customer also assumes responsibility and financial liability for all damages due to fire, theft, vandalism, customer employee caused damages, or any other damages caused. This does not include acts of nature. The customer is prohibited from using the unit(s) for any other purpose than its specific, proper, or intended use. No unit(s) are to ever be moved from the location delivered unless otherwise agreed upon with Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc.
All special event units need to be paid for prior to delivery. The customer will be billed 28 days in advance. Parker Port-A-Potty, Inc. requires a one-month minimum charge. In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay interest in the amount of 1.5% per month, (18% per annum) as well as reasonable collection or attorney fees associated with recovering past due amounts.
